FAQ
Do the emails come from you or from us?
From you: your email address, your shop name, your signature. You approve every template before anything goes out, and replies land in your inbox.
Do you text my customers?
No. We're email-only. Texting customers needs specific consent and carrier registration, so we leave it out entirely.
What software do I need?
None new. We work with the follow-up settings already in Housecall Pro or Jobber, or with a simple tracker in your own Google or Microsoft account. If your estimates live in a spreadsheet, that works too.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes of your time for a short intake form and a couple of approval clicks. We handle the rest, usually within a few business days.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You give limited access, such as a user seat or a Google permission screen, and you can revoke it anytime.
What happens when a customer replies or signs?
Their follow-ups stop automatically. If someone asks not to be contacted, we stop and add them to your do-not-contact list.
Will this get me more signed estimates?
Following up consistently tends to help, but we can't promise results. Signing depends on price, timing and your customer. That's why the first month comes with the guarantee above.
Do you do reviews or Google Business Profile work?
No. We only do estimate follow-up.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month to month; cancel by email and it takes effect at the end of your paid month.
