Website terms
This website describes Estimate Shepherd's estimate follow-up services. Content here is general information, not an offer that binds us until a client signs our Client Service Agreement. You may not misuse the site or submit information you don't have the right to share.
Client services
Paid services are governed by our Client Service Agreement, signed before service starts. If these summaries and the Agreement differ, the Agreement controls. Key points:
- Plans: Core $197/month; Plus $297/month. Billed monthly in advance through Stripe. One-time setup fee of $149, waived for founding shops (first 5) and for 12-month prepay.
- Term: month to month. Cancel by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
- Email only: follow-ups are emails sent in the client's name from the client's own address. No text messages or calls. No review or reputation services.
- Client responsibilities: clients confirm each customer requested the estimate and hasn't asked to stop, approve templates, and provide a valid postal address for email footers. We honor opt-outs promptly.
- No guaranteed results: we don't promise any number of replies or signed estimates, apart from the guarantee below.
30-day first-month guarantee
We refund the first month's fee if, in the 30 days after your first follow-up email goes out:
- no estimate that received at least one of our follow-ups was signed or accepted;
- at least 10 eligible open estimates were in the sequence;
- you completed onboarding, approved templates within 5 business days, and kept access working (no more than 7 days paused);
- you reported estimate outcomes accurately; and
- you ask for the refund in writing within 15 days after that 30-day period ends.
The guarantee covers the first monthly fee only (not the setup fee), and applies once per business. Full conditions are in the Client Service Agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is," and our total liability is limited as set out in the Client Service Agreement.
